NOTE: You are not required to disclose this to us if you do not feel comfortable. We use the information for the purchasing of snacks. However, WITH REGARD TO MEALS, YOU STILL NEED TO EMAIL THE RETREAT CENTER FOOD SERVICES DIRECTLY if you have medical food allergies, dietary preferences, or who are vegetarian or vegan still need to send email [email protected] (and copy [email protected] if you are comfortable) a minimum of two weeks prior to arrival to discuss the menu, how the retreat center may be able to accommodate your needs, and what items they may need to provide. That way, you will get direct confirmation that your requests have been received by the retreat center. You will also have access to a public fridge and microwave in the dining room area as needed.
